In the Winter Reset, you'll stop fighting the season and start honoring what your biology actually needs during the darkest, coldest months. Module 1 covers a six-area assessment, why winter requires rest instead of intensity, light exposure strategies, and warming nourishment. Module 2 focuses on navigating the holidays with a framework instead of restriction or guilt. Module 3 addresses post-holiday recovery, reassessment, and building a maintenance plan that carries you through February and into spring.
In the Spring Reset, you'll use the best season for habit-building to lock in the foundations that will carry you through the rest of the year. Module 1 covers hydration, blood sugar basics, and a five-area assessment. Module 2 focuses on sleep, movement, and gut health support. Module 3 helps you identify your non-negotiable habits, build a meal rotation system, and create a transition plan for summer so you're not derailed when the calendar gets chaotic.
In the Summer Reset, you'll stop surviving the season and start working with its specific challenges. Module 1 addresses a six-area assessment, summer hydration needs, and the daytime undereating pattern that fuels nighttime overeating. Module 2 covers the summer minimum concept, social events, and sleep during longer days. Module 3 focuses on reassessment, immune priming for fall, and building a transition plan so your September moves with momentum instead of starting from scratch.
In the Fall Reset, you'll bridge the transition from summer chaos back into structure and prepare your body for the demands of the colder months ahead. Module 1 covers a six-area assessment, rebuilding meal prep and daily rhythms, and adjusting to shorter days. Module 2 focuses on immune support, stress management during the busy season, and sleep transitions. Module 3 helps you build a maintenance plan and prepare for the holidays with intention instead of dread.

Absolutely. The nutritional aspect of this program is not about prescribing a specific diet, but rather teaching you how to make healthier food choices that suit your lifestyle and dietary needs. There is no set meal plan.
You set the pace for success! You can work through what you've learned at your own pace or receive more support and accountability in the Burnout to Balance cohort or the EmBody Balance cohort with 1:1 coaching.
This course is self-paced. The time you set aside to implement action steps and new habits is highly dependent on your health goals. However, this reset program was designed to work through one module each week.

Each week is designed to help you focus, reset, and move forward with small changes. Other programs focus on extremes: cut this, restrict that, push harder. But extremes don’t work — not in the long term. They leave you burnt out, frustrated, and back where you started.
