You’ll begin by prioritizing protein and hydration — two fundamental pillars for feeling energized, satisfied, and balanced. This week is about understanding how these simple habits can support your body and set the tone for sustainable progress.
During the 2nd module, we’re focusing on adding more vegetables and fiber to your meals — two essential components that nourish your body, support digestion, and keep you feeling full and energized.
For the 3rd module, we’re focusing on adding daily movement to your routine — because movement isn’t just about fitness; it’s about feeling good, inside and out. The goal is to find ways to move your body that feel energizing, natural, and realistic for your lifestyle.
This 4th module is all about learning how to manage stress and bring more calm into your day. Stress touches everything — your energy, your digestion, your cravings, and your sleep — so creating a plan to release tension and prioritize self-care is essential for your overall well-being.
In module 5, we’re focusing on creating healthy eating habits that are simple, sustainable, and satisfying. The goal is to nourish your body with intention, enjoy your food, and build routines that fit naturally into your life.
For the final 6th module, we’re focusing on incorporating weight training into your routine. Strength training isn’t just about building muscle — it’s about boosting your metabolism, burning calories efficiently, and supporting your body as you progress toward your goals.

Absolutely. The nutritional aspect of this program is not about prescribing a specific diet, but rather teaching you how to make healthier food choices that suit your lifestyle and dietary needs. There is no set meal plan.
You set the pace for success! You can work through what you've learned at your own pace or receive more support and accountability in the Burnout to Balance cohort or the EmBody Balance cohort with 1:1 coaching.
This course is self-paced. The time you set aside to implement action steps and new habits is highly dependent on your health goals. However, this reset program was designed to work through one module each week.
